Polly Weinstein grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada immersed in her family’s jewelry business, Tower of Jewels, a local institution since 1964. She spent her childhood playing in the jewelry store and frequenting iconic Old Vegas spots like State Street, Piero’s, and the Las Vegas Country Club. Despite navigating ADHD and learning disabilities, Polly excelled in school serving as Student Body President, playing varsity tennis, and participating in the performing arts.

After studying Postmodern Sculpture and Developmental Psychology at Sarah Lawrence College in New York, Polly returned to Las Vegas to join her father in the family business and launch a jewelry line that captured the city’s vibrant spirit. From 2011 to 2019, she became a notable figure in the local cultural scene, earning accolades like Vegas Inc.'s 40 Under 40 (2016) and Best Shop Local Cheerleader (2018), while also chairing the City of Las Vegas Arts Commission.

Polly’s career has spanned journalism, event planning, and a decade in the jewelry business before stepping back for health reasons. The pandemic shifted her focus toward motherhood and led her to becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in neurodivergence and the transition to parenthood.

Additionally, Polly serves as Creative Partner of RESET, a hospitality consulting firm focused on cannabis brands.
